We source our premium free-range ham from Gooralie Pork in Goondiwindi, Queensland. And you can taste the difference. Exceptional quality through small-batch processing. Each half and whole ham is lightly smoked for 12 hours. 

Gooralie Pork is an Australian Pork Industry Quality Assurance Program Certified (APIQ) Free-Range farm and is the highest quality Free-Range pork. Free of growth hormones and anti-biotics.

Calico ham bag included. Marmalade sold separately (available in-store only).
